We know that there is no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy. Your needs are unique, and so is your treatment. Using research-based approaches, your treatment is tailored to your needs and circumstances.

02 — Evidence-based.

You can take comfort in knowing that the treatment you are provided is backed by the latest research and evidence of what works. As a professional, I am required to attend regular Continuing Education events to brush up on the latest research, trends, and best practices. Rest assured knowing that this knowledge finds its way back to the therapy session!

03 — Online or In-Person.

With both in-person and Telehealth options, therapy can be held in the environment where you feel most comfortable and in a manner that fits your schedule and lifestyle. Coming to see me in person? There are a number of public transportation options if needed, and my office is fully accessible. Wanting to have session online? Our sessions would be via video chat through SimplePractice, a safe, secure video chat provider which complies with all current applicable privacy laws and protections. Not near a computer? Don’t worry, they have an app for your smartphone!

04 — Confidential.

You can rest assured that unless otherwise legally mandated, everything we discuss in session is confidential unless you provide written permission to speak with a doctor, friend, family member, or other person of your choice.
