One thing that many therapists often do, is make book recommendations to supplement the counseling sessions which reinforce the topics being discussed. In a traditional, face-to-face therapy session, many therapists have bookshelves to either loan out to clients or have on display the books being recommended. Since this is not a traditional, face-to-face practice, here you are welcome to peruse the books I either often recommend to clients to aid in their treatment goals, or that I have found helpful in my own reading list, or plan to read myself which are relevant to the clients I serve. I encourage you to buy any that interest you and you may find helpful. As a disclaimer, I was not provided any kind of commission or kickback for the books I recommend or list here. I simply found them to be helpful in my journey and my work with clients.
